This Pricing and Fees Disclosure explains how we calculate the price you receive when selling crypto assets, converting currencies and withdrawing fiat funds to your bank account.
The applicable price and fees for your transaction will be shared with you before you provide us consent to execute the transaction on your behalf.
Primary Balance
Network transaction fees
For transactions on cryptocurrency networks (i.e transfers of cryptocurrency to other wallets outside of Ditrax’s service), Ditrax incurs and pays network transaction fees. When cryptocurrency is sent from your wallet held with Ditrax to another wallet, we will charge a fee based on our estimate of the prevailing network fees for a stand-alone wallet-to-wallet send. However, the final fee that Ditrax pays may differ from the estimated fee due to factors such as batching transactions or changes in network congestion levels. All fees are disclosed at the time of the transaction.
Deposits and Withdrawals
When you deposit crypto or withdraw fiat, you may be charged a fee depending on your fee schedule. Before instructing us to proceed with the transaction, please review the fee details to ensure you are aware of any associated charges.
Processing fees
USDT processing fee
All USDT withdrawals sent from your wallet account will be charged a processing fee equal to 0.01% of the amount transferred, with a maximum of 10 USDT. A separate network transaction fee will also apply. Our standard withdrawal fees are just gas fees unless you have agreed to different fees as per your fee schedule with your account manager.
USDC processing fee
A 0.10% USDC processing fee is applied to any net conversion amount about above a $3 million threshold within a 30-day rolling period. Your net conversion volume is calculated by subtracting the total amount of USD you convert to USDC from the total amount of USDC you convert to USD. Our standard withdrawal fees are just gas fees unless you have agreed to different fees as per your fee schedule with your account manager.
Trading fees and spread
When you buy/sell or convert cryptocurrencies with Ditrax, fees are charged. These fees are calculated prior to the execution of your transaction and can be influenced by factors such as your chosen payment method , order size, market conditions, jurisdictional location, asset and other costs that we incur to facilitate your transaction.
Before execution of your requested transaction, the fees associated with the transaction will be sent to you. Please note that fees may vary for similar transactions. By confirming your transaction, you agree to pay the applicable Ditrax fees for that transaction.
Spread
When trades are requested, Ditrax includes a spread in the quoted price. The spread is also included in the exchange rate when converting from cryptocurrency to traditional monies (fiat).
The spread helps increase the likelihood of a successful transaction and allows Ditrax to lock in your quoted price temporarily while processing your trade. Ditrax may retain any excess spread from a transaction. Please note that the spread may vary for similar transactions.
Changes to trading fees and fees
Ditrax occasionally tests changes to fees and spread. These changes may be rolled out across different regions, assets, transaction sizes and types of trades. We will always notify you in advance of any changes to our trading fees or other applicable changes, so you have the opportunity to review the updated fees before consenting to a transaction.
Asset Recovery
If you sent an unsupported cryptocurrency to your Ditrax account, it may be eligible for recovery. We’ll charge a network fee for the recovery attempt for recoveries with an estimated value of over $100. We’ll also charge a 10% recovery fee on the amount over $100. The estimated value of the recovery may differ from the actual market value of the recovery. Asset recovery is not guaranteed, and any recovery remains subject to the applicable circumstances and processes.
